Is there any NewJersey Based applicant who filed 140/485 after July 30th ..got transfered to TSC and got receipt?
My Cases is
I filed 140/485 on Aug 3rd at NSC. Did not received receipt yet.
I opened Service request on 11/6.. and today IO told me that my application must have been transfered to texas, as I am NJ applicant.
I worried , if my application is not lost somewhere.
If there is anybody in similar situation. Please respond.

I have planned to cancel my appointment and go to India for stamping. Did you get a refun on your Scotia bank reciept. If so please let me know so I can also work on getting a refund. Where in India did you go for your interview?

I meant before I am out of status.
Also, if there are no paystubs for that period, are there any implications in regards to GC processing or any other way ?

OzIn Some Cases USCIS may ask paystubs before approving the H1(So be careful with company A..you need them until you get the approval notice). In case of GC, couple of months will not effect the process.

I am going out of country for 8 weeks, do you think i can move to state minimum insruance during this period and save some money ?

You can definitely save money by doing that. I had to keep my car in storage for an extended period when I was away and I just kept the comprehensive part of the insurance coverage and removed all others including collision since I was not driving it. The cost of insurance with out the collision, etc. is very low.

Thanks for the input. Do you have any publications or IRS findings that you could direct me to that could be used to substantiate the argument that the benefit is non- taxable? I have not been able to find anything that says that the green card is non-taxable.

My PD is current and my I-140 approved. I received below RFE on my pending I-485 related to my name listed differently on documents.
RFE words are listed below.
NAME DIFFERENCE:
Submit documentary evidence to establish that Pravin Bhalla, Pravinkumar Bhalla and Praveenkumar Bhalla are the same person. The most persuasive evidence is photo identification in each name. If the last name is different due to marriage, submit the marriage certificate. Note: Affidavits will not be considered primary evidence.
I don't have a lawyer for my I-485. Any help on how to answer this REF will be great help.

Even i had two LUD on my 485. One on my fingerprints day other after two days of my fingerprints. Do some one know what that two LUD's?
I know one is for Fingerprints recived and what about other?
My PD is May 2002, Recived EAD, FP but no AP

Shustermann says that today ist the last day that all the employment- based-preference categories are current (exception unskilled workers). Ok, now he sasy : We recommand that Employers and their attorneys e-filing their I-140 today.
Please explain me if thats so important to file today the I-140 becouse just today the priority date are current.
I dont understand whats has the filing form I-140 to do with the priority Dates. Priority date is the PERM date??
