Dude, if you find it difficult to digest, then don't do it with your kid. Its that simple.
A debate on this is probably not warranted, as its subjective to every individual's situation.

And btw, both my kids live with me, but they travelled with someone else to spend their vacation at grand-parent's house, so I am not trying to oppose your viewpoint.

I'm not sure if most of the people here knows the reason behind EB-3 Disaster. Clinton gave amnesty to thousands of illegal workers and ask them to file Labor Certs. They were all taken as EB-3 with PD Apr'01-2001. I think they are called 245 I cases. Google it and find out.
That is the reason EB3-I is not moving and will not go anywhere as other people may file in EB-2 and move on, but 1000s of illegal workes are stuck ahead of us...

Looks like BEC is on the radar of govt, but not on the priority.

Note the last line on the page. It says last updated in Jan 2006.

Funny that the DOL gets 42% marks for Program Results/Accountability and 100% marks on program management and 80% on Program Purpose & Design.

Senator Cornyn is proposing an amendment to the DOD bill SA 2143. I am not able to read the text of this in Senate.org. We may have to start our campaign again for a permanent fix soon.

with all due respect, I really doubt if this is the bet way to get people to donate. Calling people cheap is not a nice thing and generally not recommended.

Howzzat there is a CLEAR clause in that statement

"If we cannot even contribute $10 a month". There is a clear IF in that statement. And yes after all that IV has done and all the advantage IV members have obtained FREE OF COST just by sitting on the fence (on their behinds), while the core team, who by the way have full time jobs AND families, slogged MORE THAN FULL TIME to get IV's very first goal to be achieved, THEN I say I am FULLY JUSTIFIED in calling those people CHEAP.

I had sent my 485 app to Nebraska. However, the receipt number starts with WAC.

Should I send the EAD renewal to NSC or CSC??

RN starting from WAC. But I filled EAD in NSC. Also have RN for EAD. It does not matter. You have to file EAD based on state you live. Because of July fiasco they had sent 485 cases everywhere so those RNs are from all over.
But for EAD it does not matter where 485 was filed only thing that matters in where you live.

My sister is currently working abroad as a Nurse and is looking to work in US. I have done some asking around and figured that Nurses are not welcomed in US as they used to be.

My question is: Is it possible for my sister to come and work in the country on an H1 visa, since she cannot come in with GC anyways. If yes, how do I explore this avenue.

I am raising this query through IV forum to get more clarity on her options. I am being told that there are specialist nurses who are coming in, on H1 to US. Only I can't validate it with anyone.

Any help would be appreciated as always.
